Object Oriented Programming 1 (6cr)

Objective

The students know the basic theory of object-oriented programming and can apply object-oriented programming to solve programming problems. The students master e.g. the syntax of Java, interfaces, class libraries, and the basic technologies of object-oriented programming.

Content

The basic syntax of Java, the creation of classes, collection, user interface programming, strings, exception handling, collection classes, the construction of a user interface, multitasking. Error detection and the use of a chosen application development system.
