You cannot register for the course at Peppi, but you must apply at https://www.yrittistehdas.fi/oppilaitosvalmennukset/ideasa-yrityseksi. Participants are selected based on applications. In the training, there is an opportunity to complete the part of the Entrepreneur's vocational qualification (YAT).

At the end of the study period, the financier and/or an experienced entrepreneur will listen to and comment on the students' presentations.

Assessment criteria, approved/failed
Student is able to realistically assess the profitability of his/her business idea, as well as his/her own capacity to implement it.
Student is able to draw up debriefings needed to plan a new business: product-customer matrix, market analysis, competitor analysis, sales-/marketing plan and financial calculations.
Student is able to pitch his/her idea to investors.
Content scheduling
The course has 10 workshops with a duration of 3.5 hours. Workshops are held every week. Between them, worked on weekly tasks. After this, the coach gives instructions on a new topic and task, which will be worked on again during the following week. The topics of the workshops are as follows (the order may vary):
1. Course orientation, different approaches to entrepreneurship
2. Products and customers
3. Market analysis
4. Competitor analysis
5. Pricing and profitability calculation
6. Sales / marketing plan
7. Cash flow statement
8. Financial statement
9. Preparation of presentations
10. Presentations of business ideas to financiers
