Objective
The demographic changes in the multicultural world and technological development challenge healthcare professionals to develop their competences in meeting diverse clients, learners, as well as colleagues. International exchange experiences enhance learners’ awareness of cultural differences and make it possible to compare healthcare systems and practices. International exchange also has a positive effect on personal development and provides experiences that cannot be gained in a classroom.
