Approved completion requires active participation in teaching and group work and the successful completion of each learning assignment.

The study module is offered in the Open University of Applied Sciences, and it is suitable for persons working in occupational health care, social welfare and health care centres, TE services, educational institutions or HR tasks.
The study module is suitable for degree students whose career goal is to work with working-age people and to help them find employment, return to work and continue at work despite various limitations.

The student is familiar with the service system for employment and work ability and its areas and is able to act as a coordinator in their own cooperation network. The student is familiar with factors and situations related to the challenges of employment and work ability and is able to find ways of solving situations. The student is able to examine the change in the working environment in relation to work and work ability. Approved completion requires active participation in teaching and group work and the successful completion of each learning assignment.

The reforming services for employment and work ability (5 cr) and the Comprehensive approach to employment and work ability (5 cr) courses form a study module of a work ability coordinator. The study module is offered in the Open University of Applied Sciences, and it is suitable for persons working in occupational health care, social welfare and health care centres, TE services, educational institutions or HR tasks.
The study module is suitable for degree students whose career goal is to work with working-age people and to help them find employment, return to work and continue at work despite various limitations.
The studies are implemented as online studies. Participation in contact learning is essential.

The student is able to examine the change in the working environment in relation to work and work ability. Approved completion requires active participation in teaching and group work and the successful completion of each learning assignment.

The reforming services for employment and work ability (5 cr) and the Comprehensive approach to employment and work ability (5 cr) courses form a study module of a work ability coordinator. The study module is offered in the Open University of Applied Sciences, and it is suitable for persons working in occupational health care, social welfare and health care centres, TE services, educational institutions or HR tasks.
The study module is suitable for degree students whose career goal is to work with working-age people and to help them find employment, return to work and continue at work despite various limitations.
The studies are implemented as online studies. Participation in contact learning is essential.
