Objective

During the course, students will gain a deeper understanding of the development of expertise in the field of Technology and will be able to apply this understanding in practice. Students will be able to critically analyse and reflect on their own competence, taking into account ethics. The aim is to support students' professional growth and development as experts in the field of Technology and to enable them to plan, implement and evaluate their competences.

During the course, you will learn to understand the stages of becoming an expert and to take into account good practices and ethical issues.

The student can describe the stages of expertise development and their importance in the working life of the Technology sector. The student will be able to identify his/her own strengths and development needs as an expert in the field of Technology and to develop a personal competence development plan. They will be able to critically and reflectively assess their own competence and learning and to give and receive feedback. They will be able to act in accordance with ethical principles and good practice in the field of technology and to take into account different perspectives and interests.
