Objective
The students have a clearly organized veiw of the management of logistics know-how and they are able to create the know-how strategy of their work community in order to create the know-how strategy of their work community to develop continuously the personnel resources and core know-how. They have understood the basic principles and models of the management of logistic know-how and they can apply them in the development and competitiveness of their work community in the dynamic operation environment. They understand the possibilities and significance of national and global networking in the development of their work community and recognize its and their responsibility in the control of sustainable development. The students can assess and develop their own and their subordinates' know-how in the work community and in daily activities.
Content
Definitions of logistics, strategies of logistics management, total view of the working environment of international logistics and the related risks and possibilities. Mastering and exploiting international logistic networks.
