Objective

The students understand the conformities existing in the activities of individuals and groups in the organizational management. They know the significance of expertise, expertise sharing and management in the development of efficiency and wellbeing at work. The students can identify their own roles in the organization and the implementation of the company strategy and are also familiar with the methods to develop them. They identify factors affecting change and their influence on management. The students can develop their own competences and the operation of the work community.

Excellent (5): Expert in developing a special area of the industry.
Mastery of a multidisciplinary knowledge base and ability to critically assess knowledge in the area of expertise.
Innovative integration of the knowledge of different fields in order to develop new knowledge and practices.
Ability to manage and reform organizational policies and take responsibility for developing the professional field and for the strategic evaluation of operations.
Good (3-4): Expert in developing the organization.
Advanced specialized knowledge of the area of expertise and its connections to the knowledge of other fields.
