Objective
After the course student:
• Can master and develop different social guidance work orientations in their own work
• Is familiar with impact research and is able to evaluate the effectiveness of different methods
• Is able to independently design and critically analyse the evaluation process in client work
Content
Core content
• Current scientific research and concepts in the field of social care, service structures and digitalization, client- and service management
• Multi-professionalism and multidisciplinarity
• Contemporary work orientations of encounter and empowerment: empowerment work, inclusion and justice work, technology/robotics, anti-racist work, etc.

You understand the different methods of social guidance in your work environment. You are familiar with impact research and know what methods are used in impact research. You can independently design and critically analyse an evaluation process in client work. You make use of source material in your arguments, but the analysis is very one-sided.
Satisfactory level (2)
You apply different methods of social guidance in your work environment. You are familiar with impact research and are able to apply impact research methods in your work. You can independently design and critically analyse an evaluation process in client work. You make use of source material in your arguments, but the analysis is one-sided.

Good level (3)
You apply and analyse different methods of social guidance in your work environment. You are proficient in impact research and can apply impact research methods in your work. You can independently design and critically analyse an evaluation process in client work. You will use source material in your arguments, and your analysis will be coherent, reasoned and illustrative.

You understand and apply different methods of social guidance in your work environment. You are proficient in impact research and are able to apply and analyse methods of impact research in your work. You can independently design and critically analyse an evaluation process in client work. You will use source material in your arguments, your review will be multifaceted, analytical and fluent.

In addition to the above, you demonstrate a considerable understanding of different orientations of social guidance and impact research and are able to apply those in your work environment in a coherent manner.
