Objective

The students are familiar with the modern trends of management and managerial work - the theoretical framework including the development of management thinking - and understand their identification marks in modern organizations. The students understand the basics of project, process, change management as well as team and quality management for the management and development of organizations and companies, being able to participate in this development work. The students are able to take advantage of benchmarking in relation to the best practice of business and understand the meaning of the organization culture in the developing work.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Assessment is based on knowledge, skills and competence in accordance with the National and European Qualifications Framework, Level 6.The assessment criteria for individual courses are given in an annex to the implementation plan of the course.
