Advanced Competence ManagementLaajuus (5 cr)

Objective

The students are able to develop competence on the individual level and especially on the group and organisation level. The students understand the meaning of the significance of the learning organisation in developing the competence in companies/organisations and are able to launch a change program to develop competence management and organisation climate to the learning organisation. The student is able to create a calendar for the annual cycle of competence management. He/she is able to find means for developing age management, multi-skilling and expertise. He/she is familiar with the basic principles of mentoring.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Assessment is based on knowledge, skills and competence in accordance with the National and European Qualifications Framework, Level 6.The assessment criteria for individual courses are given in an annex to the implementation plan of the course.
