Objective

The students know how to promote the development of human resources in increasingly tense competition.
They know how the normative system regulating employment controls the activities and decisions of human resource management. They are able to apply standards to practical situations from the point of view of human resource management, being able to assess various alternative solutions and potential need for expert help. The students are able to give feedback in work community and motivate employees. They are able to make a form for development discussion and make a development discussion. They know the compulsory HRM plans and know how to carry out a difficult discussion, eg. a dismissal or laying off discussion.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Assessment is based on knowledge, skills and competence in accordance with the National and European Qualifications Framework, Level 6.The assessment criteria for individual courses are given in an annex to the implementation plan of the course.
