Objective
The student is able to plan and implement strategy and budget of retail store, and to have an understanding of tools, key figures and research information to manage retail store. After this and previous study modules the student is able to analyse these information and plan strategy and budjet.

1. Foundation of retail store
2. Strategy and budjet
3. Follow-up the results of activities and returns
Qualifications
1st, 2nd and 3rd study modules of Retail entrepreneurship studies called "Operational environment of retail store" ("Päivittäistavarakaupan toimintaympäristö"), "Competitive forces in retail store" ("Vähittäiskaupan kilpailukeinot") and "Personnel management in retail store" ("Kaupan henkilöstöjohtaminen"), and the basics of profitability.
