The students

The students understand the most important characteristics of Russian culture including differences between Finnish and Russian culture. They can also apply their knowledge of Russian culture while working in their own field. The students have a fluent command of everyday polite phrases related to business and customer service. Their pronunciation is clear and almost perfect.
4 (Very Good)
The students understand the most important characteristics of Russian culture including differences between Finnish and Russian culture. The students have a command of everyday polite phrases related to business and customer service. Their pronunciation is fairly clear.
3 (Good)
The students understand general characteristics of Russian culture. The students have a command of some everyday polite phrases related to business and customer service. The pronunciation of the basic phraseology presents problems. The potential mistakes in pronunciation are not disturbing.
2 (Satisfactory)
The students recognize a number of characteristics of Russian. The pronunciation of vocabulary and basic phraseology presents problems. Pronunciation is defective.
