Purpose of the course
In this course, you will learn the basics of planning and implementing a goal-oriented case management process that supports the client's participation and resources.

Once you have completed this course, you will be familiar with the concept of case management and its theoretical starting points and significance. You can describe and analyse different models and processes of service guidance implementation; you can build a client-oriented service path and analyse the critical and development points of service paths.
