Objective

The Student is able to estimate the key factors affecting the wellness of hens in small-scale hen houses. The Student is able to determine the conditions for hens according to their production phase and natural needs. The Student is able to assess the impact of the surrounding environment on the life of hens.

The Student is familiar with the basics of hens' wellness and behaviour.
The Student can independently assess the wellness factors affecting hens and is able to assess the effects of production.
The Student is able to independently apply her/his skills in a hen house circumstances and know how to develop the practices of small-scale hen houses.
