Career design is a creative and flexible approach to navigating this uncertain and unpredictable world of work. The purpose of this course is to help you design a career that is sustainable and made of employability, health, and well-being in the long term. The course has been designed by specialists in the field of career design and is supported with academic reading materials in an easily accessible course format, which you can complete at your own time and pace.
Objective
This course is designed by Aalto University:The course consists of five chapters, and each chapter has multiple sections. In each section, there is either a quiz or a reflection assignment so that you can reflect on what you have learned. You can choose between reading the course content or listening to it in a podcast format. Each chapter has a ‘Must read’ and/or a ‘Good read’ reading list. In order to complete the course, you will have to complete all the quizzes and reflection assignments. In order to complete the quizzes, you will need to study the ‘Must read’ reading list". You are required to complete each chapter in order pass the course and achieve the certificate. Grading takes place during the month of May and December.
