In this course you will familiarize yourself with principles of lending. You can analyse different options and take well-grounded decisions on the basis of analysis. You can estimate the reliability of financial information and plan lending packages taking into account different viewpoints.
Content
The course contents cover lending, different forms of lending (with collateral - without collateral, pledge-guarantee), reference rates, methods of payback, bank revenue logic, credit policy, differences of credit policy between private customers and companies, LTV (Loan to Value) and RW (Risk-Weighted Assets.
