Objective

The students understand the possibilities and challenges of sourcing as a part of the business activities of an organisation or a network. The students are able to act as persons responsible for purchasing in an organisation planning, implementing, analyzing and developing sorcing as a part of business activities.
The students understand the psycology and regularity of the behaviour of a customer or a group of customers and they underständ the significance of the customer relationship management as a competition factor of a community.
The students get a comprehensive concept of the customer service of a logistics company. The students know how to analyze the presnet state of customer service and, on the basis of analyses, they can make development suggestions which cater for the totality. The students understand and can apply methods with which customer service and innovation can affect the decision making of supply chain management.

Ability to manage and renovate the operation methods of an organisation and to take responsibility for developing the field and the strategic evaluation of the operation.

Specialized skills in problem solving to develop new knowledge and operation methods.
