Objective
The student is familiar with various methods for developing working life and understands the principles and challenges related to selecting these methods and determining their suitability. The student can apply methods for developing working life and assess their suitability in a critical manner.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
The general criteria of the competences that the Master's Degrees awarded by Finnish Universities of Applied Sciences provide can be found on JAMK's web pages (http://opinto-oppaat.jamk.fi/en/Study-Guide-Masters-Degrees/). The learning outcomes of individual courses are assessed in relation to the objectives of the course concerned. Assessment is based on knowledge, skills and competence in accordance with the National and European Qualifications Framework (NQF/EQF), level 7.
If the student does not meet the minimum criteria set for the course, the grade is 0 (Fail).
Fail (0):
The student does not have the basic information about the development methods.
Students will not be able to apply the method of their choice at work.
1 (fair) - 2 (satisfactory)
Students are familiar with the development process. Students are able to work on their own initiative and can work independently as well as part of the work project. Students will be able to draw up their own development work plan and communicate their plans, both in writing and verbally.
3 (good) - 4 (very good)
The student is able to independently acquire information about his own development field and to evaluate it critically. He is able to correctly choose their own development method, as well as to use it. Students will be able to critically examine the strengths and weaknesses of their work.
5 (excellent)
The student demonstrates an excellent case management. He is able to apply what they have learned and to develop his organization based of what has been learned. The student is able to evaluate the method critically in written form.
