Student masters and reviews the key concepts in change and innovation systematically and opening up new perspectives. Skills: The student has formed a clear and structured view of his/her work community characteristics from change and innovation point-of-view. Students master some of the management tools and have the ability to communicate in their own work and learning community. Shared competences: Students master the concepts, theories and principles, and show the ability to apply them in developing the work community. Students will be able to work independently, proactively and reflectively.

Skills: The student understands the basic theories and principles in area of knowledge and is able observe them in work context. The student is able to communicate a management sector for peers. He takes into account the instructions and is able to cooperate. Shared competences: Knowledge is limited and does not reflect particular development of expertise.

Knowledge: Students have restricted understanding of the basic concepts of change and innovation thinking. Understanding and defining of concepts is mechanical and inadequate. Skills: The student understands the basic theories and principles in area of knowledge but he/she has difficulties in reviewing them in the framework of working life.
