Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The general criteria of the competences that the Master's Degrees awarded by Finnish Universities of Applied Sciences provide can be found on JAMK's web pages (http://opinto-oppaat.jamk.fi/en/Study-Guide-Masters-Degrees/). The learning outcomes of individual courses are assessed in relation to the objectives of the course concerned. Assessment is based on knowledge, skills and competence in accordance with the National and European Qualifications Framework (NQF/EQF), level 7.
If the student does not meet the minimum criteria set for the course, the grade is 0 (Fail).

1 (Poor)

Students are aware of basics of human resource management and competence management as well as identify some of the key tools and methods. Students will identify the construction of well-being and maintenance mechanisms. Students will know what is meant by the stakeholders and network management.

2 (Satisfactory)

Students are aware of basics of human resource management and competence management, as well as identify key tools and methods, and are able to use some of them. Students know the construction of well-being and the maintenance of the main mechanisms. The students recognize the life-long development and profitability related phenomena. Students are aware of stakeholder thinking and network management central phenomena and concepts.

3 (Good)

Students master the people management and competence management, as well as the basics to know the essential tools and methods, and is able to use several of them. Students know the construction of well-being and the maintenance of the main mechanisms and can apply them in their own work. The students recognize the life-long development principles and understand their connection to quality of working life, productivity, and organizational learning. The student is aware of the stakeholders and the importance of network management for the success of the organization.

4 (Excellent)

Students master praisewothy the human resource management and competence management, as well as the basics of the essential tools and methods and how to use them. Students know the construction of well-being and the maintenance of the main mechanisms and are able to apply them successfully in their own work. Students master sustainable development principles of working life and understand their connection to quality of working life, productivity, and organizational learning. Students recognize the importance of stakeholders in the success of the organization and master the key principles of network management.

5 (Excellent)

Students master excellently the basics of human resource management and competence management and know how to apply their tools and methods in working life. Students master the construction and maintenance in working life and are able to apply them successfully in their own work. Students master excellently the principles of sustainable development of working life and understand their connection to quality of working life, productivity, and organizational learning. Students recognize the importance of stakeholders in the organization's success and master excellently the key principles of network management.
