Objective

The student is able to plan, manage and assess client processes in multiprofessional networks and operating environments making use of multidisciplinary expertise. The student is able to manage competence and the development of work practices and services in the social sector in collaboration with different actors. The student has acquired the basic skills for developing and organising operations.

Qualifications

The student is capable of critical assessment of the impact of changes in the operating environment on the well-being of families. The student is able to acquire information on changes in family services and the various methods of producing them and to analyse their impact on client relationships and leadership.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The general criteria of the competences that the Master's Degrees awarded by Finnish Universities of Applied Sciences provide can be found on JAMK's web pages (http://opinto-oppaat.jamk.fi/en/Study-Guide-Masters-Degrees/). The learning outcomes of individual courses are assessed in relation to the objectives of the course concerned. Assessment is based on knowledge, skills and competence in accordance with the National and European Qualifications Framework (NQF/EQF), level 7.

If the student does not meet the minimum criteria set for the course, the grade is 0 (Fail).

1 (Sufficient) – 2 (Satisfactory)
The student knows the meaning of partnership and dialogic network cooperation in the development of family services.

3 (Good) – 4 (Very good)
The student masters the basic principles of the planning and management of partnership-based cooperation in multiprofessional networks.

5 (Excellent)
In addition to the requirements mentioned above, the student is competent in talent management, and he is able to build partnerships especially in challenging client situations.
