Objective
The student is familiar with and knows how to apply methods of health promotion management to promote well-being and health on municipal level. He or she is able to participate in decision-making concerning health promotion and is familiar with different channels for impacting society.
Content
Methods of management and strategic planning of health and well-being promotion as part of the municipal decision-making system.
Methods of health promotion and well-being management: Health and Human impact assessment, well-being strategy, well-being report and well-being accounting, the TEAviisari indicator measuring health-promotion capacity building, quality recommendations.

The student knows the well-being and health promotion management methods at the municipal level. He knows the different channels of social influence.

Students know and are able to use the well-being and health promotion management methods to promote health and well-being at the municipal level. He knows health promotion decision-making levels and is familiar with a variety of social influence channels.
3 (Good)
Students know and are able to use the evidence based the methods of well-being and health promotion management. He understands the possibilities of health promotion expertise in influencing well-being and health promotion idecision-making in the municipality. He is able to participate in the decision-making on health promotion and is familiar with a variety of social influence channels.
4 (Excellent)
Students know and are able to use critical and evidence-based health promotion and well-being management methods. He understands the need for health promotion expertise to influence well-being and health promotion in decision-making in the municipality. He is able to participate in the decision-making on health promotion utilizing evidence-based information. He knows the different channels of social influence.
