Objective

Value is increasingly created in networks of organizations and inter-organizational relationships. As the learning outcome students will better understand the concept and meaning of the value networks and collaborative business relationships. The aim is also to better be able to act in business relationships as an individual in order to enhance the business objectives.
Students understands the essentials of human resource management. They know the key issues concerning human resource management. They also have a perspective to the practical everyday operations that a manager needs to carry out on day-to-day management responsibilities.
EUR-ACE Transferable Skills: Student is able to function effectively as an individual and as a member of a team. Students is able to recognise the need for and have the ability to engage in independent, life-long learning.
Management skills/Entpreneurship: Student understands the meaning of networks and principles of network management. Student is able to work as a manager and as an expert in international multicultural organizations.

- organizing, leading and controlling processes from the human resource management perspective.
