Objective
The student knows the theories (management-, motivation-, development-) which are relevant to developing the working community. He/she also knows the actual knowledge and field of study. The student perceives the significance of an individual in developing the workplace and tries to understand the general laws behind the development. He/she understands the principles of continuous development in increasing productivity.
The student recognizes and develops his/her own workplace skills and is able to take responsibility of his/her behavior. The student can choose suitable tools for each situation and is able to apply creative problem solving methods. The student will get readiness to plan and manage developmental actions in working community taking into account his/her own team.

4 (Very Good) The student shows that he / she knows the theories (management-, motivation-, development-) which are relevant to developing the working community. He/she also knows the actual knowledge and field of study. The student perceives the significance of an individual in developing the workplace and understand the most common general laws behind the development. He/she understands the principles of continuous development in increasing productivity.
3 (Good) The student shows that he / she knows the most common theories (management-, motivation-, development-) which are relevant to developing the working community. He/she also knows in outline the actual knowledge and field of study. The student perceives the significance of an individual in developing the workplace and understand the most common general laws behind the development. He/she understands in outline the principles of continuous development in increasing productivity.

He/she also knows only in outline the actual knowledge and field of study.
