Objective

The student is knowledgeable in the various aspects of product quality and the role they play in the product.
The student undertands the basics of clothing physiology.
The student understands the basics of industrial product manufacture and is able to design and interpret basic manufacturing documents.
The student is able to assess the quality and ethical nature of manufacturing activities.

Qualifications

Basic product knowledge needed in customer service of clothing trade retailing business

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Assessment is based on knowledge, skills and competence in accordance with the National and European Qualifications Framework, Level 6.
Considering the objectives of the course, the student has:
5 (excellent):
o excellent knowledge
o innovative problem-solving skills
o ability to assume responsiblity for the organisation as well as for professional tasks and projects
3-4 (good - very good)
o good knowledge
o good skills in solving complex problems
o ability to assume responsibility for the work community and professional tasks and projects
1-2 (passable - satisfactory):
