Objective
The students master the basic knowledge of management in different company organizations and they know and have learned the working methods and ways applied in management tasks. The students can apply the basics of strategic management from the viewpoint of human resources management.
Content
Students understands the essentials of human resource management. They know the key issues concerning human resource management. They also have a perspective to the practical everyday operations that a manager needs to carry out on day-to-day management responsibilities. Value is increasingly created in networks of organizations and inter-organizational relationships. As the learning outcome students will better understand the concept and meaning of the value networks and collaborative business relationships. The aim is also to better be able to act in business relationships as an individual in order to enhance the business objectives.
EUR-ACE Transferable Skills: Student is able to function effectively as an individual and as a member of a team. Students is able to recognise the need for and have the ability to engage in independent, life-long learning.
Management skills/Entpreneurship: Student understands the meaning of networks and principles of network management. Student is able to work as a manager and as an expert in international multicultural organizations.
Qualifications
The other courses of economy and management. Done practical training at least 10 ECTS.
Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
Excellent (5): Student has attained an excellent level of course objectives and can apply them into practice in innovative manner.
Very good (4): Student has attained very good level of course objectives and can apply them into practice.
Good (3): Student has gained understanding of course objectives and can utilize them in practice.
Satisfactory (2): Student has gained knowledge of course objectives and can utilize them partly in practice.
Sufficient (1): Student has gained knowledge of course objectives but faces challenges to utilize them in practice.
