Objective
The student acquires an overall view of international management. He/she understands the role of culture in decision making and understands the meaning of strategic planning in an international context. He/she is familiar with organisational behaviour and human resources management  across cultures

The political, legal and technological development of the environment, the role of culture, international strategic management, personnel development across cultures

Assessment is based on knowledge, skills and competence in accordance with the National and European Qualifications Framework, Level 6.The assessment criteria for individual courses are given in an annex to the implementation plan of the course.
