Modern Management Ideas (8cr)

Objective

The students are familiar with the modern trends of management and managerial work - the theoretical framework including the development of management thinking - and understand their identification marks in modern organizations. The students understand the significance of quality management as well as that of project, process, and team management for the management and development of organizations and companies, being able to participate in this development work.

Content

The development of management views and systems. Organizational structures. Organizational cultures. Modern management conceptions. Project, process, team, and quality management.
