Objective
The students master both sides of managerial work, the principles guiding the behaviour of employer and employee. They can recognize the personal qualities facilitating and impeding their own managerial work and adjust them according to situational needs. They are able to express and communicate their message effectively. They are able to give and collect feedback, adjust their activities when necessary, and organize work in their sphere of responsibilities.
Content
The significance of psychological factors in managerial work both from the perspective of employer and employee. The central principles and practices of managerial work. Practical exercises of managerial work situations (managerial work and role play exercises). Effective influencing and communication in managerial work. Employer's presentation skills and their training. Group phenomenon. Interviews with companies on managerial work.
