Competence Management (4cr)

Objective

The students understand the significance of competence management in the modern management of companies. They are familiar with the ways to develop and manage competence. They are able to make a competence survey and a competence management survey for a group/team of a company or organization and identify the areas needing development. They are able to compare the results of the surveys to the company's future requirements for competence.
