Law of Obligation and Property (5cr)

Objective

The students have an overall picture of various obligations and related securities. They are familiar with the obligation of debtor to creditor and with security arrangements, and able to choose a suitable debt and security option. They are able to make debt and security obligations and decisions in a credit sale situation. They are familiar with the forms and practices of the collection and execution of receivables, as well as with the position and duties of the parties of real estate business.
