Objective

The students have an overall picture of the historical development stages of administration, as well as of its current structure and operation. They are familiar with the essential legal principles and norms of administration and can apply them to practice.

Administrative procedure, the differences between general and special administration, conflict settlement procedures, time limits, transparency of documents and receipt of service, electronic administration, legal protection and appealing, administration of administrative law

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Assessment is based on knowledge, skills and competence in accordance with the National and European Qualifications Framework, Level 6.The assessment criteria for individual courses are given in an annex to the implementation plan of the course.
