Objective
The student gets a thorough understanding of emotional intelligence, which is now recognized as being of equal importance as the intelligence quotient to success in life. He/she also learns to assess emotional intelligence and gets the opportunity to assess and increase the awareness of his or her own emotional intelligence.
Content
Basics of EQ. How to improve your EQ. Tests to assess the student's emotional intelligence in the following areas: self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, motivation, and social skills.
