Objective
The student acquires a deeper understanding of cultural aspects as a result of developing and producing a significant and tangible product for use in the field, e.g. a cross-cultural training program or video with teaching notes.
                    
Content
The student is guided to create a tangible product for use by others when doing business or teaching/training in inter-, cross- or multicultural contexts. This process requires research skills and creativity.
                    
Qualifications
1st year IB studies; HIBC3100, HIBC3200, HIBC3400. NOTE: This course module is reserved for students enrolled in the Cross-cultural Management Study Track.
                    
Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
Assessment will be based on the student working independently while working under supervision, and also on the quality of the final product.
