Objective
The student understands Russian communication culture and media behaviour, and he/she can utilise customer understanding in market communications, sales, and customer service, with good results.

Qualifications
Compulsory business and professional studies (two years of studies). Basic skills in Russian language and culture is recommended.
Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
The course is graded as pass or fail. Receiving a pass for the course requires completing all the learning tasks and achieving a good competence level (NQF/EQF, level 3).
The student shows good theoretical and conceptual knowledge of the field. The central concepts have been clearly defined, and the student demonstrates good control of the phenomenon. The student can apply scientific knowledge to practical real-world situations to a sufficient degree. The student can communicate fluently. In group situations, the student positively contributes to content production, and takes an active and supporting role in the operation of the group. When guided, the groups can individually advance the project. The goals set for the project are achieved. The communication of the project group (oral, written, online) is understandable, clear and effective.
