Client-Side Web Technologies (3cr)

Objective

The students are familiar with the implementation and significance of the most common client-side web technologies, as well as understanding the restrictions of client-side implementation. They are able to apply theory both to the design and construction of web applications.

Content

Basics of WWW programming and client-server technologies: HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript and XML basics; introduction of alternative client-side technologies.
