Objective
The students know the principles of present and future quality systems and understand the factors involved in their introduction.
Content
ISO 9001:1994, ISO 9001:2000, QS 9000 quality system, EFQM self-evaluation model, BSC model, environmental systems.
Qualifications
No prerequisites.
Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
Excellent (5) The student masters well present and future quality system principles and he (she) knows the process of implementing a quality system.
Good (3-4): The student masters present quality system principles and he (she) knows the basic process in implementing a quality system.
Satisfactory (1-2): The student knows present quality system principles and the basic process in implementing a quality system.
