Elements of Ensemble Playing (3cr)

Objective

The students command the recorder's, acoustic guitar's and percussion instruments' basics to the extent of being able to use these in their work with children.

Content

Elements of soprano recorder and familiarization with the various recorders. Acoustic guitar elements and its use as an accompanying instrument: main strum and plucking styles and chord short-hand. In percussion, excercises with djembe and conga drums.

Active participation in lessons. Playing test for the teacher/group.
