Interdisciplinary Musical Integration 1 (3cr)

Objective

The students have acquired the concept of creativity and the meaning of sensorial experience in aesthetics. They are acquainted with the principles of artistic learning and with children's development in pictorial expression. The students form an idea of the significance of the learning environment, of the acquisition of equipment and its maintenance and of pertaining literature. They gain acquaintance with diverse art forms, especially with the connection between music and pictorial arts and with receptivity to the latter.

Content

Principles of aesthetic education. Children's development in pictorial expression, central areas of pictorial art, techniques, equipment and materials theoretically and in practice. Integration of pictorial expression with music.

Qualifications

Students are familiar with the goals of music education and work methods, as well as with the integration possibilities in music play-school work

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Active participation in lessons. Completion of assignments.
