Objective
1) Teaching as a profession:
the students are able to examine the work of a teacher broadly, especially as concerns the music field, and to build up their own principles and conscious concepts about the teaching profession, its nature and identity. The students are capable of following their own pedagogicc field's conversation and development work.
2)Learning and Curriculum Development:
The students are capable of evaluating, from the standpoint of diverse learning concepts, their own teaching work's pedagogic points of departure and of consciously and fundamentally building up their own teaching work's practical theory. The students use their own field's curriculum as a basis for outlining the planning and implementation or their own teaching.
Content
1)Teaching as a Profession:
Orientation towards the science of education's way of thinking.
Knowledge concerning the teacher's work and professional identity.
2) Learning and Curriculum Development: Concepts of learning as such and of the learning individual. Field's curricula.

Skills to be approved:
1) Teaching as a Profession:
The students can find and interpret research literature and practical knowledge concerning the teacher's work, and to use it as support for their professional identity. The students are capable of positive interaction with work colleagues.
2)Learning ad Curriculum Development:
the students command the basic concepts in theory of learning and are capable of describing their own concept of learning. The students are familiar with their field's curricula and identify the meaning of learning concepts as background for curricula and teaching.
