Objective
The students are familiar with the principles of sustainable development and can define the main concepts related to environmental protection and nature conservation. They know what the main environmental problems of their field are, being aware of their personal chances to influence the state of the environment, as well as of those of their field.
Content
The concept and history of environmental protection, environmental attitudes, nature conservation, environmental problems, sustainable development, and the use of natural resources
Qualifications
The students know the basic concepts of ecology and the basics of the functioning of the ecosystem.
