Projects and Project Management (5cr)

Objective

The students understand the starting points of project activity. They master the basics of project planning and can use some creativity tools to create objectives and indicators. They understand the starting points for planning resources and financing. They understand the entity of project management, implementation and evaluation. They master the basics of documentation and reporting. They are able to make a preliminary project plan. They know various financing programmes and sources used in regional development.

- EU agendas, national programmes of regional development, and other financing sources
- Familiarization with implemented projects
- Preliminary and actual project planning, definition of objectives and actions, creation of indicators
- Resourcing, budgeting and applying for funding
- Project management and evaluation of results
- Documentation, reporting and dissemination of information
