Expertise Project (8cr)

Objective

The students can apply their project competence to working life as members of a work community. They are able to operate as experts in a development project of their competence area or in a company development project. They can apply their competence to the problem-based analysis of work-related phenomena, independent data acquisition, and the production of creative solutions.

Content

Planning one’s own activities (project plan / work plan), setting targets, determining indicators, implementation (project work, data acquisition, analysing, problem-solving), evaluation and reporting.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Inexperienced performer 1-2
The student can plan, implement, report and evaluate a development project. He/she can solve problems within the field of expertise.

Developing performer 3-4
The student can solve complex problems within the field of expertise and holistically develop the field. He/she can be in charge of a larger project entity or task.

Competent performer 5
The student can produce innovative solutions to problems within the area of expertise and be in charge of large tasks or projects, also including leadership roles.
