The object of the course
Property law as a subject gives you good basic knowledge of the obligations, legislation and legal practice related to immovable property. You will need this competence when working in the banking sector, for example, or as a real estate agent.

You are able to explain the purpose of debt and security arrangements and the sale of a property from the point of view of the different parties involved. You recognise the legal question at stake in the court case and the applicable points of law. You master the ground rules related to debt and security arrangements and the sale of a property.
