The students have basic competence and skills in team leadership and in the development of work, services and work community know-how

Content

Theoretical starting points of team leadership, work community operations and work community well-being, basics of internal and external communications applied particularly in early childhood education and child protection. Basics of work legislation.

Qualifications

The students have client-oriented basic knowledge and skills in early childhood education and social pedagogy.
