Objective
The students are familiar with different ways and strategies of service production. They know the prerequisites of entrepreneurship. They acknowledge the significance of quality work and project work as part of the management and development of a work community. They have a reflective attitude towards work and are able to operate in multi-professional networks.
Content
Guiding services produced in various ways, challenges posed by changes in the service structure, entrepreneurship, methods of developing work and work community
Qualifications
The students know social and health care services and the principles of producing them.
Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
Excellent (4-5) The student actively participates in class work and shows independent and integrated thinking concerning service guidance and development. The student is able to see entrepreneurship in a comprehensive way as a producer of services. The student completes the assignments in a laudable way.
Good (3) The student actively participates in class work and is able to view service guidance from a wide perspective. The student is interested in entrepreneurship. The student completes the given assignments well.
Satisfactory-Sufficient (2-1) The student is interested in different ways of producing services but is not able to view them from a wide perspective. The student completes the assignments in a satisfactory way.
Fail (0) The student does not show interest in the methods of guiding or producing services, and fails to attend the required number of contact classes. The student fails to complete the given assignments.
