Close Management in Educational Work (7cr)

Objective

The students have basic knowledge and skills in close management and in the development of work, services and competence in a work community. They understand the significance of workplace wellness for ensuring the quality of work.

Content

Competence management, close management, management psychology, pedagogical management, family day care guidance and development, mentoring/orientation, the basics of financial administration.

Qualifications

The students have client-oriented basic knowledge of early childhood education and social pedagogical work.

Active participation in contact classes, book analysis/exam, individual and group assignments
