Objective
The students master the basic concepts of mangement and understand the significance of management from the perspective of their own work and work community / own enterprise. They also understand and identify the key concepts and methods of quality thinking as part of developing professional competence. They are able to plan and coordinate the (holistic) care of clients/patients, develope work community / own enterprise and themselves as a self-leaders with the tools of quality management and managerial competence.
Content
Key concepts and principles in management and quality thinking. Quality, quality management and self-management as the basic tasks of employees, teams and work communities.
