Objective
Student understands the meaning of health promotion, and the meaning of health based choices through different stages of life.
Student is able to use activity based methods as inspiring tools for supporting the health of clients in different stages of life.
Student is able to utilize methods through personal involvement and experience to motivate clients towards enhancing physical activity and wellbeing.
